02

Press Test Both

Click the Test Both button to play a short 440 Hz test tone through both channels.

03

Press Test Left and Test Right separately to verify each speaker works and plays sound from the correct side.

04

Troubleshoot

If you don't hear a sound, check your system audio output device, cables, or Bluetooth connection.

Tips for Better Speakers Sound

  • Place speakers at ear level and slightly angled toward you for the best stereo image.
  • Keep speakers at least 30 cm away from walls to reduce bass boom.
  • Check the selected output device in your OS sound settings — audio may be going to HDMI or Bluetooth instead of the desktop speakers.
  • Disable any audio enhancements / spatial sound features if the sound seems distorted.
  • Use the left/right channel tests to confirm your cables are plugged into the correct jacks.
